Set-up and participation in a WHO Virtual Audition is fast and easy. The company offering the open positions creates a chat room online with an easy-to-use service. In the video chat room, the exhibitor provides information about the job that would attract the type of Talent they need. When our Talent Pool Members click on the list of positions within the Audition Room, they see a summary of positions, they post a professional profile and they can interact directly with company representatives.
Our talent pool will upload profile information (i.e. work history, skills, certifications) in addition to attaching photos, music samples and a professional Video Profile. They can even include a video resume in their profile! The candidate's profile and resumes are available to talent scouts when the candidate applies for a Virtual Audition.
